Renata Fialho

consultant clinical psychologist and honorary research fellow

Dr Fialho is a Consultant Clinical Psychologist and Research Fellow, with extensive experience working with adults with mental health difficulties.

Currently, Dr Fialho works in an NHS specialist service having developed extensive experiencing with Post covid syndrome, and emotional difficulties associated with chronic illness, such as Chronic pain, Fibromyalgia and Functional Neurological Disorder. Also, is actively involved in research, working on Suicide Presentations to the Emergency Department, in collaboration with City London University.

Dr Fialho also works with Neurodiversity, developing clinical and research work, offering post-diagnosis support, and working with neurodiversity sports supporting sports persons with mental health needs, triage clinics and performance.

Dr Fialho has published in several academic journals and is still actively involved in mental health research, with an active role in teaching.

Dr Fialho is passionate about developing her professional skills and has experience with various psychological approaches including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Social Recovery Therapy and Solution Focus Therapy.

Ameliagh

Assistant psychologist

Ameliagh is an Assistant Psychologist working towards the pursuit of her clinical training.

Ameliagh is particularly interested in the ways that evidence-based neuropsychological care can support people living with neurological conditions, as well as the utilisation of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy as a therapeutic technique to support neurodivergent individuals.

PA and Administration for Mind Enquire

As well as providing administrative support to Mind Enquire, I co-deliver sessions of the ‘Oliver McGowan Mandatory Training on Learning Disability and Autism’ to health and social care staff across Surrey. 

I am married with two teenage sons and a crazy cat at home. My passions are raising awareness of, and celebrating, neurodiversity whilst guiding people to support if required.
